Account Suspension and Closure

Users will be notified via their registered email if their account is suspended, except in circumstances that require immediate action without prior notice.
Users may also close their own account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal once all checks are complete, subject to there being no active bets or promotions.
